India Cyber Portal Hub is an independently compiled information directory that brings together official grievance, complaint, and reporting channels for cyber crime, telecom, banking, digital payments, social media, e-commerce, and other commonly used government and private-sector services in India — all in one convenient place.

What we do

The site organises verified links to official portals — such as the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, Sanchar Saathi, UIDAI, RBI, and the grievance channels of major social-media and e-commerce platforms — into a single, searchable directory. For several common situations, we also provide a plain-language step-by-step guide on what to do first.

What we are not

We are not a government department or authority.
We do not receive, investigate, or process complaints ourselves.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any listed platform or portal.

Why this directory exists

Official reporting channels in India are spread across many different websites and departments. In an urgent situation — a fraudulent transaction, a hacked account, a lost phone — the first few minutes matter. This directory exists to save that search time by pointing people straight to the right official page.
